Fighting to Keep and Add more Full Time Jobs in the Professional Industry

We fight for women rights in the professional work-space and want professionals in more permanent roles

The industry is moving towards more part-time roles due to out sourcing and the cost savings from reduced benefits. We held workshops between local professionals and business owners to see both perspectives. The small business owners (the life blood of the economy) feel more pressure keeping their operations open due to policies introduced from the government. The conclusion both parties and many industry professionals agree with is that the government should support small businesses through increased subsidies and tax breaks

We shared this information with Hon. Prabmeet Singh Sarkaria, Ontario minister of Small Business. Prabmeet is working hand in hand with PBON and other influential local business owners/ associations in introducing some new legislature to help out small business owners
