We work with businesses to create more job opportunities for women

As an initiative, we actively ask some of our senior members in PBON to find or place professional millennial women into jobs where they can grow their careers, gain valuable experience and accel in that industry

We put our word where our mouth is, recently PBON members and the board of directors for PBON have elected women to be president and vice president.
